Controlled and easy-to-use document management in SharePoint

The Contentworker product suite completes the document management user functionality needs for SharePoint based environments with a robust set of document management features which increases SharePoint usability, user adoption and ensures compliance.

Matter site templates with predefined metadata and access rights, user friendly email management tools, intelligent search and filtering options and simple navigation makes it easy for the user to save, search, find, use and share information. It also ensures documents are consistently managed throughout the firm in accordance to document management policies and guidelines. The Contentworker suite includes document management, contracts management, e-mail management and knowledge libraries that can be used separately or together depending on client needs.

Contentworker provides an easy-to-use system where information can always be easily found. Users benefit from the simple navigation structure and short cuts such as recently edited list, favorites and saved searches to easily access important information resulting in considerable time savings and compliance status. Automated document versioning and centrally defined users permission rights give full organizational control over document access. Document access can also be tracked and reported for compliance purposes.

Contentworker’s web based interface is easy to deploy, update and administer. Configuration and administration is handled by a separate business data layer which provides centralized administration, providing a secure, consistent and efficient solution.

The software integrates in SharePoint 2010 and 2013 environments.

As of November 2013, Content worker now integrates with OpenText eDOCS. The new integration will help law firms use eDOCS for internal document management, and also allow external document sharing and collaboration with clients via a SharePoint-based platform. It eliminates the need for law firms using eDOCS to custom-develop their own client-sharing applications on SharePoint. Read the press release here.
